Nobel laureate and activist Malala Yousafzai gets married in Birmingham

 Sharing pictures on Twitter, Malala said she and Asser Malik secured the bunch at a nikkah service at home in Birmingham.


Nobel Peace Prize laureate and ladies' privileges campaigner Malala Yousafzai has hitched at her home in the United Kingdom.

Yousafzai, who was shot in the head by the Pakistani Taliban when she was only 15, declared the news on Twitter, sharing photographs of the Islamic wedding service known as the nikkah. 

"Today denotes a valuable day in my life," the 24-year-old composed. "Asser and I secured the bunch to be accomplices forever.

"We praised a little nikkah function at home in Birmingham with our families. If it's not too much trouble, send us your supplications. We are eager to walk together for the excursion ahead."

Thousands reacted with great wishes and congrats, with the tweet drawing in more than 227,000 'likes'.

Yousafzai gave no other data about her better half. Web-based media clients recognized him as Asser Malik, head supervisor of the Pakistan Cricket Board's High Performance Center.

Yousafzai went through months in treatment after she was shot in 2012, and proceeded to compose a smash hit journal named "I'm Malala" and graduate from Oxford University with a degree in way of thinking, governmental issues and financial matters.

She was granted the Nobel Peace Prize when she was 17 for her work on young ladies' schooling, offering the honor to Kailash Satyarthi, a youngsters' rights lobbyist from India.

Her non-benefit Malala Fund has now put $2m in Afghanistan.

She has likewise marked an arrangement with Apple TV+ that will see her produce dramatizations and narratives that attention on ladies and youngsters.
